One necessary component to train entrepreneurs is coaching. Even as you think about your own business career, most likely, someone with some specific training or experience helped you as you grew. BDC Lagos Mainland is committed to providing coaching to every entrepreneur that comes through the training, so they can also profit from others successes and failures. There are two options for coaching: onsite or online. Onsite coaches can be experienced executives who live in Kigali or visiting coaches who can spend one week with students and alumni. Onsite coaches can also visit the local businesses of current students and alumni. Online coaches can provide expert advice and coaching through emails and internet phone calls
